Our Founder has been investing in the UK Property market for over 20 years. The story begins when he was given the opportunity to buy his Council home, where he lived with his mum and younger brother.
Although he had a full-time job, like many he was unable to save any money and so approached his extended family for a loan to help him and his mum buy their first home together.
Following the successful purchase of their Council home, he was able to pay back the loan with 300% Return on Investment. Years later the family was able to move into a larger home and decided to rent out the Council Property.
Seeing the returns our founder has made over the last 20 years, others wanted to invest in the property market, but soon realised that raising the initial capital was going to be a challenge and FHM was born.
